Parmesan Pudding

Preparation

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHEDDAR PUDDING:
4 cups manufacturing Cream
8 each eggs
8 ounces cheddar, grated
Kosher Salt and Black Peppercorn

DIRECTIONS TO MAKE THE PUDDING:
1.    Preheat Oven to 325
2.    In a bowl wisk together cream, eggs and cheese
3.    Pour into buttered 2 ounce ramequin and place in shallow pan
4.    Add enough hot water
5.    Cover pan with foil, poke several time and bake until firm, about 20 mn
