Chilled Pomegranate & Red Grape Puree

Preparation

INGREDIENTS

12 cups, seedless red grapes
2 cucumbers, peeled, pooled, seeded, diced
1 cup red onions, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cups pomegranate juice
2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili oil
2 tablespoon olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Puree all. Chill.
