Request a LakeHouse Spa Reservation

Guests can now conveniently request a time for your spa service online. Spa services are very popular; therefore we recommend scheduling your spa services at least three weeks in advance. We will do our best to honor the times and services requested. However, if they are not available, we will create an alternate schedule for you.

If you are an overnight guest: due to our cancellation policy below, we do not suggest scheduling spa appointments on your arrival day unless you are in complete control of your travel arrangements. If you are arriving within the next seven days, please call the spa directly at (512) 372-7380 or 1-800-847-5637 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday or between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the weekends.

Please keep in mind that the spa service requests you are submitting do not guarantee the dates, times or services you have selected. You will be notified within two business days of your tentative requests to confirm your spa services schedule.

Cancellation policy: Please allow 24 hours for day guests and 12 hours for overnight guests for any cancellations or changes to treatments to avoid being charged in full for the treatment.
