Scale won’t budge?  Pants still snug?
The answer is A-B-C!

So, you're working out all the time, you're not getting the results you expected, and you're wondering what's going wrong?

1. Warm up with 5 – 10 minutes of easy cardio activity.

2. Work the large muscles or the major muscle groups first (chest, back, glutes).

3. Choose weights that are not too heavy, not too light and are instead, just right.  Most of the time, you should choose a weight that allows you to complete 8 – 15 repetitions.

4. Move slowly, maintain control and avoid momentum.

Several months ago I was visiting with a frequent guest about journaling.  She offered to share a recent journal entry about Lake Austin Spa Resort.  What a compliment to know that Lake Austin Spa Resort brings some peace and comfort to her daily routine.  I asked if she were willing to share her post and we are grateful she agreed.  Thank you Jackie!
