In order to have healthy relationships you need to say exactly how you feel at the moment you feel it. I have a good friend who was in the midst of ending a relationship several years ago. As we go through life we get caught up in so many daily activities that we forget to work on our stress management in order to help our bodies and live a healthier life. Remember to take care of yourself so that you are able to take care of others. This is wise advice that instinctively we all know to be correct, but that women often have a great deal of difficulty following.
