ABC for Fitness Results

Scale won’t budge?  Pants still snug?
The answer is A-B-C!

So, you're working out all the time, you're not getting the results you expected, and you're wondering what's going wrong?

The answer might be as simple as A-B-C or Advance Beyond Comfort.

Consistent exercisers experience many physical and psychological benefits and most people claim that this promise of positive results inspired them to begin a fitness regime.  Looking forward to deltoid definition, a shrinking waistline and…

1. Warm up with 5 – 10 minutes of easy cardio activity.

2. Work the large muscles or the major muscle groups first (chest, back, glutes).

3. Choose weights that are not too heavy, not too light and are instead, just right.  Most of the time, you should choose a weight that allows you to complete 8 – 15 repetitions.

4. Move slowly, maintain control and avoid momentum.

Calming our body physiologically also calms our mind. 

This “Breath of 4 Series” is one proven method that calms the mind and body which subsequently relieves stress and anxiety.

1. Breathe in deeply through your nose to a slow count of four.

2. Hold your breath for a slow count of four.

3. Exhale completely to a slow count of four.
