TRX Suspension Training

This workout initially developed by the Navy SEALs entered the fitness realm and has now arrived at Lake Austin Spa Resort! TRX® Suspension Training® is a performance tool that uses your bodyweight to increase strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability. There are hundreds of exercises that can be instantly adjusted for anyoneto achieve any training goal.

It is interesting that when some learn that the workout was developed by the Navy SEALS, they automatically assume that only the very advanced would be able to perform the moves.  However, TRX Training is appropriate for those who are at a beginning level or who have balance issues as the bands can provide a lot of support and stability and allow a greater range of motion with control.

TRX sessions are also very versatile as formats could include strictly strength exercises, cardio and resistance work or fat burning blast segments.

I have been in the fitness industry for more than three decades and I was blown away when I took a TRX class at a fitness conference because this workout is unique, effective, efficient, portable and revolutionary!  Due to its numerous benefits and appropriateness for all fitness levels, we recently added TRX Suspension Training to our menu of Personal Training options.
