Ellise Pierce’s blog, CowgirlChef.com, has been a hit with Americans and Parisians alike, as her “Tex-French” fusion cuisine has made a splash on both sides of the Atlantic. She also writes the Cowgirl Chef column, which runs in the Fort Worth Star Telegram and is distributed to more than 300 U.S. newspapers, and has also written for Newsweek, Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, and Saveur. She lives in Paris, and makes frequent trips back home to Dallas.

Bruce and Mark are also featured monthly columnists on weightwatchers.com (“Sundays In The Kitchen With Bruce and Mark”) and are regular contributors to Cooking Light, Fine Cooking, and many more national publications.
They find their peace on 10 acres in rural Litchfield County, CT along with some local moose and Collie named Dreydl.
