Be prepared to unwind, relax, restore and breathe. At the beginning of this class, each student will move into guided restorative poses to allow the body to prepare for meditation practice. After the body is fully ready, the students will be led into a meditation, where the mind will follow. No experience is necessary...only an open mind and heart.
