This gentle, mindful Spin class will wake you up gently, warming the body, heart and soul to prepare for basic stretch and yoga moves. You’ll spend approximately 25 minutes on the bike followed by gentle yoga next to the bike. A perfect way to wake up the senses - and great for all levels!
