Tricia Behmardi

Tricia Behmardi is Director of Education at jane iredale. She oversees the design, development and implementation of all jane iredale educational programming worldwide, including curriculum and support materials for jane iredale University and on-demand e-learning courses, as well as training of the company’s global sales and education teams. Tricia also works closely with company founder, Jane Iredale, ensuring all products meet professional standards.

Prior to joining jane iredale in 2006, Tricia was an esthetics instructor at Paul Mitchell Academy in Dallas, Texas, where she trained and mentored more than 2,000 students.

Tricia has been in the industry for 25 years. She is a licensed esthetician and esthetics instructor skilled in all aspects of makeup application. Tricia has trained with top industry artists such as Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier, Orlando Santiago and Esterique Aidan. Her toolbox is filled to the brim with “did you know” product knowledge and application tips that prove useful (and sometimes pleasantly surprising) for both for professionals and for jane iredale clients. Hannah Hatcher

Quirky, fun and passionate about her craft, Global Educator Hannah Hatcher effortlessly blends her artistic side with a love for urban trends, fashion and music to create unique out-of-the-box ideas for the jane iredale brand. With more than 15 years of experience as a licensed esthetician and nearly two decades in the beauty industry, her fascination with all things skin has helped establish her as a sought-after skincare expert. From technical ingredient questions to how our supplements impact the skin to flicking that perfect winged eyeliner, she brings extensive knowledge and distinctive fresh energy to every class.

Prior to joining jane iredale in 2014, Hannah worked for Dermalogica, Bumble and bumble and Sephora. She has also worked at New York Fashion Week. Now based in Brooklyn, Hannah teaches jane iredale education classes across the United States and northern Europe.

Shawn Towne

Shawn Towne’s interest in creating beauty began as a teenager growing up in San Antonio, Texas where, as he wryly says, there wasn’t much of a beauty industry. Since then, his more than 30 years as a licensed esthetician and cosmetologist have given him the opportunity to work in Los Angeles, Miami and New York as well as travel extensively around the world, gaining experience in editorial, film, television and high-fashion runway makeup and developing a personal passion for helping mature women achieve a healthy, more youthful appearance with makeup. With images, mentions and accredited articles in Allure, InStyle, Town and Country, Marie Claire, LesNouvelles, DAYSPA and American Spa, Shawn has become a recognized expert in the beauty industry.

As a jane iredale Global Educator, Shawn shares a genuine excitement and expertise about skincare, makeup and the brand. In addition to teaching, he works with the jane iredale marketing team, adding creative genius to the development of e-learning and training materials and our seasonal collections.
