A previous Training Specialist of 25 years for the Aquatic Exercise Association, Terri Mitchell continues to teach aquatic fitness classes and share her ideas and experience. Her programs are motivated by music themes, power combos and fun. She is also a retired licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with an Aquatic Specialty, having provided orthopedic and neuro patients with techniques and guidance to improved functional outcomes. Terri is adept at specialty aquatic programs including Ai Chi, AquaStretch, PiYoChi, Intervals, and more.
