Laura Aidan is a chef and founder of Prohibition Creamery. Laura has been featured extensively in national media including Food & Wine, CNBC, WSJ, Bravo TV, Food Network, Paste Magazine, Whisky Advocate and Marie Claire for her alcohol-infused ice creams. She has a computer science degree and attended Penn State University's 125-year-old ice cream program as well as Valrhona L'École du Grand Chocolat and spent several years mastering the craft of infusing spirits into ice cream for the most delicious flavors imaginable. Laura likes to think of her boozy ice cream desserts as the ultimate indulgence.
