Meet Catherine, also known as "Cappy". Her mission? Inspire people to live their lives to the fullest. Dancing is in her bones and her DNA, she comes from a long line of World Champion and famous dancers. She's an Enneagram 1 with a degree in Film & Digital Media and a 90's rap library in her brain. When Catherine isn't inspiring people to break a sweat, she’s likely hanging out with friends, catching up on her favorite podcasts, or hanging out with her adorable pup, Baller. Catherine is a multi-talented REFIT player - she heads up business strategy, community and culture development, instructor training, and product development.
